Hi, I’m Clara.
I am a mother, wife, trained psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical social work, and a certified pediatric sleep consultant.
Born in Colombia, I moved to the United States after graduating as a psychologist. I earned a graduate degree in social work and later obtained clinical licensure. For more than 20 years, I have worked in child abuse and neglect prevention, strengthened families, and advocated for the emotional well-being of children of all ages—from bouncing babies to stressed-out teens.
After relocating to a new and very different country, I traded my briefcase and service notes for backpacks and embraced the joys and challenges of full-time motherhood.
My desire to further empower families led me to become certified as a pediatric sleep consultant. My goal is simple: to foster well-being for both children and families, creating more peaceful and restful homes.
